As we bid adieu to ENGINEER & MARVEX 2024, the region’s premier engineering and ACMV & R event, a palpable energy lingers in the air. Over the past four exhilarating days, this spectacular gathering has united engineers, contractors, developers, and consultants from the private and public sectors, showcasing an explosion of technology and innovative trends that has sparked an estimated RM240 million in business transactions.
Reflecting on the event, we witnessed first-hand the cutting-edge solutions propelling the industry forward—setting a technological momentum that is driving sustainability and modernisation. It was our greatest show yet, and you made it happen!
ENGINEER & MARVEX saw 12,153 visitors, an increase of 18% more than last year. With people coming in from over 60 Countries to see our 200+ exhibitors from 10 Countries and Region showcasing their breakthrough innovations, we have only scratched the surface of what’s possible in engineering.
Knowledge-sharing, Learning, Collaborations
Beyond a showcase of innovative solution, ENGINEER & MARVEX is an essential learning nexus – featuring 8 guided tours, buyer programmes, and networking sessions. The wisdom shared across 9 concurrent symposiums, 33 Power Talk series, and over 100 hours of compelling content from more than 120 renowned speakers empowered attendees to stay ahead in this ever-evolving field. Engaging dialogues, like the notable Sharing Session by the Institute of Engineers Indonesia and the ACMV Regional Dialogue, created invaluable opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.
Amidst the inspiring conversations, the industry took vital steps towards growth with 3 industry meetings and the signing of 14 Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) and Memorandums of Cooperation (MoC).
Believing that the future is in the hands of the young, there were dedicated efforts to nurture the next generation, evident through a line-up of targeted programmes aimed at young professionals, further ensuring the sustainability of industry growth and innovation.
Together, we are championing the ESG agenda in our region with a fervent focus on sustainability and efficiency, ensuring that today’s achievements pave the way for tomorrow’s engineers.
