Carrier Malaysia will host a symposium at MARVEX Meeting Space 3, titled “Spearheading Green Innovation: Transforming the Built Environment & Digital Spaces,” promoting sustainability within the ACMV&R industry. As a global leader in high-technology heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration solutions, Carrier is taking the lead in addressing sustainability challenges in Southeast Asia.
The symposium, scheduled for today at 10 am, will bring together industry experts to discuss innovation and the challenges faced by the green economy in Southeast Asia. The speakers will also share insights on strategies to promote environmental sustainability and the use of intelligent climate and energy solutions to work towards a sustainable future.
Janelle Tee, the Regional General Manager for Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei for Residential Light Commercial at Carrier, anticipates an attendance of over 150 participants, including building owners, developers, consultants, contractors, visitors, and delegates. The event is expected to serve as a platform to raise awareness about sustainability as Malaysia aims to achieve a net-zero future by 2050.
During the symposium, Carrier will showcase its solutions, along with contributions from partners and collaborators such as Amazon Web Services and C&W Service. This event represents an important step towards creating a more sustainable ACMV&R industry in Southeast Asia.
