Er. Tan is Managing Director of TEMBUSU Asia Consulting and a global leader in sustainability engineering. He formerly led CH2MHill and Ramboll Asia Pacific and served as President of IES and FEIAP. His expertise spans infrastructure, climate change, and UN SDG implementation across Asia’s engineering and environmental sectors.

Ir. Ts. Dr. Mohamad Adzizulrohim Abd Malek
Senior Engineer & Asset Management Specialist
Dr. Adzizulrohim is a certified ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) and HRDC trainer with over 20 years of experience in the public, private, and corporate sectors. He holds a PhD in Asset & Facility Management and is recognised as a JKR Total Asset Management reference expert. He is also a recipient of multiple international innovation awards for engineering excellence.

Dato’ Paduka Ir. Dr. Hj. Keizrul Abdullah
Chairperson, Wetlands International Malaysia
Dato’ Ir. Keizrul has over five decades of leadership in water engineering and sustainability. Formerly Director General of DID Malaysia, he pioneered policy shifts toward conservation-based water management. He currently serves on the Board of George Kent and as Chair of the Disciplinary Committee at the Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Ts. Tung Chee Kuan
President, Technological Association Malaysia (TAM)
Ts. Tung is Group President of Peninsula Higher Education Group and has 38 years of experience in education and TVET. A former senior official with the Ministry of Higher Education, he champions academia-industry collaboration, innovation policy, and future-ready skills development across Malaysia and the region.

Mr. Dean Cher
Managing Director, SP Mobility, Singapore
Dean leads SP Group’s electric mobility division, managing Singapore’s largest public fast-charging network. With over a decade of experience in the commodities sector, he previously held COO roles at a trading firm and a US investment bank. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from NUS and was called to the UK Bar in 2006.

Puan Elina Jani
Chief Executive Officer, Nextgreen Biomass Sdn Bhd
Elina Jani brings over 20 years of experience in green technology and biotechnology. She previously led national investment efforts at MOSTI and NRES, securing RM55 billion in potential investments and developing human capital programmes. She now leads Nextgreen Biomass, driving sustainable solutions in biomass and green industry development.

Mr. Patrick Chan
Vice President, South Asia, Uptime Institute
Patrick oversees Uptime Institute’s business and service operations across ASEAN, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. With 30+ years in ICT and data centre services, he’s worked across Europe and Asia. He holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and previously served in leadership roles with Emerson, IBM, and Hewlett-Packard.

Ar. (Dr.) Serina Hijjas
Director, HIJJAS & President, Malaysia Green Building Council
Dr. Serina is a pioneer in sustainable architecture. She has led award-winning energy-efficient projects including the Net Zero Malaysia Pavilion at Dubai EXPO. Her work combines placemaking, climate-conscious design, and innovative building strategies aimed at advancing Malaysia’s sustainable built environment.

Ir. Lee Yuen How
Managing Director, EV Connection
Ir. Lee is the Managing Director of EV Connection and President of PIPEV, with over 1,000 EV charging stations deployed across Malaysia. A member of the National EV Task Force and EV standards committee, he holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from MMU and is a registered Professional Engineer with BEM.

Dr. Mazlan Abbas
Chief Executive Officer, FAVORIOT
Dr. Mazlan is a recognised global thought leader in IoT and smart cities, with 30+ years in telecoms and tech, including roles at Celcom, REDtone, and MIMOS. As CEO of FAVORIOT and Vice Chairman of MyIoTA, he drives scalable, practical IoT adoption and develops local talent through education and advocacy.

Prof. Ir. EUR ING Dr. Vinesh Thiruchelvam
Chief Innovation & Enterprise Officer, Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU)
Prof. Vinesh has 27+ years of experience in engineering, academia, and infrastructure. He has led international energy and property projects and currently oversees 7 innovation centres at APU. His work focuses on applied R&D in emerging technologies and shaping policy around engineering talent and tech-based solutions.
